We want to make sure that your Moira product is perfect, however, if something isn’t quite suitable, then we’re here to help!

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items.

*We hope you can understand that resized rings are not able to be returned or refunded.

A few things to be aware of:

• All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
• We cannot accept returns on personalised items.
• Returns are processed within 10 working days of our warehouse receiving them. This is because the returned items, will have to enter the process to guarantee the authenticity and assure a new certificate.
• The customer must assume the return shipping costs.
